Vicki Cline

Vicki Cline, 73, of Hermiston, Oregon, passed away on her birthday, October 30, 2025, at OHSU Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born on October 30, 1952, in Pendleton, Oregon, to Paul and June Jones, Vicki grew up with a deep love for the outdoors and a lifelong passion for horses. She was a true cowgirl at heart and always had at least one horse by her side.

In her younger years, Vicki was an accomplished athlete and an Olympic-caliber diver in high school, earning recognition for her exceptional skill and dedication. Her determination and competitive spirit carried through every chapter of her life.

After completing beauty school, Vicki proudly owned and operated her own salon for many years, where her warmth, laughter, and talent made every client feel like family. She was deeply giving, always willing to help others before herself, and her generosity touched everyone who knew her.

Outside of work, she was a spirited competitor who loved playing darts and pool—her many trophies stand as a testament to her skill, drive, and love of friendly competition.

Vicki is survived by her three sons, Casey, Tye, and Destry Stewart; her sister, Marilyn Brown; and her mother, June Jones. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Jones; her eldest son, Brandon Horn; and her husband, Orrie Cline. Her memory and legacy will live on through her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held on December 14th at 1pm at 40 Taps in Pendleton, Oregon, where family and friends are invited to share memories, laughter, and love in her honor.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Cancer Research Foundation in Vicki's memory.

Vicki's courage, adventurous spirit, generosity, and love for her family and animals will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
