Patrick "Pat" D. Miners, 83, a retired Portland Police Officer and resident of the Pine Creek area, died Wednesday, Mar. 12, 2025, at his home. A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM in St. Francis de Sales Cathedral, Baker City, with Father Suresh Telagani celebrating the Mass. A reception will follow the Mass in the Parish Hall; the U. S. Marine Corps and the Portland Police Bureau Honor Guard will present Military & Police honors.
