Louis "Gene" Marks Jr., 81, of North Powder, Oregon, passed away on April 27, 2025, at Meadowbrook Assisted Living in Baker City, Oregon. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 23, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Gray's West & Co. Pioneer Chapel with Pastor Brad Phillips of the Baker City Harvest Church officiating.
