James T. Trimble, 67, of Elgin, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at his residence. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Elgin Stampede Hall on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 12:00pm. A potluck style reception will follow the service. Friends and family are welcome to bring their favorite dish to share. Casual dress is preferred by the family.
