James Shelby Willis, 85, passed on July 18, 2026 in Pendleton, Oregon. He was born in Seattle, Washington on June 2, 1941. No formal services have been announced by family at this point in time. Arrangements are through Burns Mortuary of Pendleton.

Richard Winter passed during the night of August 2, 2026. He loved Echo, Oregon with his whole heart, was proud to be their mayor, and always said how happy he was to sit on his porch and drink his coffee. He is greatly missed.
